It is interesting that back in the dark ages, when men were men and cars had 6 V ignitions, batteries in MN seldom lasted the warantee period. Somewhere along the way, things changed. I do agree that the ride in a goose neck is most likely not as vibration free as under the hood, but the temperature is not as hot either. Now if we could get a grant, we could both put telemetry on our batteries as settle the question.....
