Nope, the cops are after the fact and they really don't want their coffee, donut break messed with.  If word doesn't spread that you shouldn't mess with so and so 's stuff because you might go on vacation in 6-7 states all at the same time, the crack heads go after anything they can see.   Sorry, but I don't think I'm being too harsh, am I  ?  A committee, Ed?  Sounds like something some politicians would do.  There's gotta be at least one person on a ride that isn't going to go out and would love see how the laser works on the 9.  G.Affleck
