Don't get me wrong, I am not against the use of force by citizens to protect their life, but announcing to the world that people should be shot is dangerous rhetoric.  It could be construed as a threat.  Threats can land you in jail.  I don't know for sure, but I suspect that California law also would take a dim view of a citizen shooting someone for a property crime, if no life was in danger.
 
If you are serious about doing something constructive, hide at a trail head, make good video's of the perps and their car license numbers, call the police when they break into the first car and testify at the trial.
