Re: [RC] Wolves ------now some perspective on what kind of trails do you want? - Karen Sullivan

You state that you don't want to see non-native plants and grasses crowd
out the normal flora--good for you! So why is it ok for the non-native
wolves to be forced in here to kill off our other wildlife????

Heidi

Hi Heidi,

Actually, I am not arguing that either...don't have anywhere near the
information to even make an educated
guess or judgement; I was only offering a bit of the other side of the
argument. Again, bringing a predator species
back in that was not there before does not seem the brightest idea either.
Who was behind this and what studies were
done?

Only saying some folks are so rabid about the idea of "any" predators they
lose all common sense. They won't even listen to the possibility there can
be negative ramifications on poisoning everything.....

Anyway, were you able to find any info on the range of the Buffalo wolf? Was
it anywhere near your area? I do know they were exterminated to extinction.
Karen
