I doubt very seriously someone wanting to pay big bucks for a horse 
cares if the horse finished high in the regional standings. They would 
care about how fast they can go. As far as I can see suspension with 
prohibitions from even showing their face at a ride is the only that 
will get people's attention. After all you can't collect points if you 
don't ride.

But you are right this will require a little more sophistication in 
reporting than we now have. If the information is reported computers are 
very good at pulling out the relevant facts.
