It's neither.  This is my personal opinion as a member of this organization,
but not one that is in any way frustrated.  In every organization, there are
always individuals who are willing to work for the good of the organization,
and there are individuals who complain about how things are done.  The
complainers frequently come up with very good ideas, but want someone else
to it carry out.  My point was (not in any way representing the board--which
was why the correspondence was signed simply as Terry) that if Jim believes
that the membership would like to individually support the national
championship ride, then he (as a contributing member of this organization)
could start a fund raising campaign.  I thought he had a good idea and I was
willing to send him $10 to get him started.
