As much as I admire the LRG, they (particularly O'Reiley) seem to have a problem realizing that some organizations, or companies do not control as much as the LRG would like.

A number of years ago I got into a discussion about a saddle pad that was soring horses. Eventually, it was determined that the company selling the pad was not the company making the material. O'Reiley was very upset to find that the Fortune 500 company that actually made the material, and sold it to everyone who wished to purchase, would not take responsibility when it was resold for a use the maker did not advertise or endorse.
