But this is good old California, where we don't have a "shall issue" law, so depending on which county you reside in, it can be practically impossible to get a CCW permit. The poor horse owner would probably get cited if they even dared to carry a paint gun - which would probably work pretty well if it hit them in in the faceplate of the helmet. :)Wonder if we can get that law passed here?
