That is horrible. Assault charges, at least! They can probably be charged with animal cruelty as well, but those charges unfortunately don't amount to much.

I really hope they find and charge these people. If this isn't stopped, it will only be a matter of time before a person is seriously hurt or killed. These two folks were very fortunate that they weren't seriously hurt.

These dirt bike riders were terrorizing these and other riders. They were doing circles around the horses and when the
horses fled, they chased them on their dirt bikes. When the riders fell off they did not stop to help, but continued to

Personally if they find these people they should be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The article indicated that
the riders were ok. I thought of riding down there last weekend but maybe not.
