Even though it may seem highly unlikely - in this instance it is more than likely. When an adult decides to undertake break neck speeds, on a horse, it's their decision. When an adult transforms the riding arena making it unsafe for Juniors..that is someone else's decision. In particular the Juniors PARENTS and/or GUARDIANS~ Let's hear their voices, concerns, and complaints for the safety and well being of their children.
Personally, I want to hear from an UAE official as to why this dubocle happened in the first place. From start to finish. It certainly was not the way to treat the 'future of the sports' participants!
