To further clarify the codes:  RO = rider is unable or doesn't want to 
continue (has nothing to do with the horse at all.)  RO-L = horse has passed 
the VC but the rider suspects the horse is off, lame, irregular in his gait, 
etc.  RO-M = horse has passed the VC but the rider suspects the horse is not 
quite right, not traveling with its usual enthusiasm, etc.
