We pay close to that. 16 or 18 dollars.  What we do though is get the vet to come down and then several of our neighbors and friends bring there horses over also.  Much cheaper because you get to split the farm fee and sometimes you get a discount if you have so many horses.
 
We are in southwest VA

I'm just going through this right now.  The seller is getting the
coggins.  I could NOT believe it when she told me it would only be $17. 
That was a vet in Tennessee.  I'm sure I pay more.  What do other people
pay for their coggins ?
