I recently had a woman come from out of state to
look at a horse I understood she would probably want. I went ahead and paid for
the coggins out of my pocket. I have not heard from her since. Now, someone
else wants the horse, but my wife is talking about breeding her. Bottom line, I
paid for a coggins.
As the semi-recent buyer of an out-of-state
horse, I had to pay for the Coggins. However, I also had a vet check
done, and waited for the results of that before deciding to buy and shelling
out the cash for the
Coggins.
