[RC] tree huggers - Kathie Ford

Speaking of Caribou migrating, I was sent the most wonderful photo of Caribou in Canada crossing a "cement" overpass they'd built for them. And they use it!!!

The photo was amazing as they had their own overpass!!! I'll try to see if I can get that photo again to share it!

Nature always finds a way. I think wildlife are better at adapting then we humans are. They flourish here and where I live it is somewhat populated, rural but lots of people. Wildlife is everywhere and thriving, everything in its cycle with or without people. That pipeline example was great Barbara!!

You have to look at the disaster in Tahoe though. Trees have to be thinned. Not only the treat of these masssive fires, beetle infestation etc, but if not thinned the undergrowth takes over due to lack of sun exposure and after many many years we don't have a forest like we once had before.

I guess everybody has there opinion. I just know what I've noticed in the last several years.
