RE: [RC] [RC] cervical stenosis and riding - D'Arcy Demianoff-Thompson

Having recently been diagnosed with similar conditions
I was advised to take up Yoga for flexibility. I
inquired about natural substances with a company
called Mannatech that a friend directed me to. I have
been taking one of their products, Ambrotose, with
amazing results. I no longer have any pelvic pain. I
am walking and/or riding up to two hours straight at a
time now without pain. Over the next three months I
will be increasing my time and distance so that I can
get up to a 30 mile.

At no time have any of my Doctors, who know I ride,
ever told me that riding was out of the question. As
a matter of fact one of my orthopedics encouraged
riding because of the 'rocking motion' that helps to
relieve a lot of lower lumbar and pelvic stress. I
was amazed with how my lumbar and pelvic have
strengthened up and become more flexible. I was
unable to walk more than a mile without being down for
a few days with excruciating pain. At any rate...life
is looking up and feeling much better.

Best of luck and happy trails to all.
