You're not up to speed with the Amish.  At least in my area, the Amish use tractors or borrow a rig.
 
Let's discuss how the ladies keep those little hats on their helmets!  Can you imagine riding in a dress?  OK Dr. Q, I KNOW you can.  But the rest of us are having difficulty there.  Maybe the ladies ride aside?  That's the only solution I can come up with.
 
The biggest problem is coming up with pastel biothane tack.
