No, to me that isn't the point.  The carrier (vector) may be 
mosquitoes and birds, but horses can be part of the infection chain 
for a zoonotic disease (one humans and animals can both get), and to 
me *that* is the point I was making - not necessarily relevant to 
NAIS, but nevertheless it was my point.
