[RC] Non Arabs - Jody Rogers-ButtramOk Lucky, I ride Arabs and/or Part Arabs. That is the breed of choice for me. I can see a difference in the part arabs and the purebreds that I have, and each has their own strengths and weakeness. BUT, I WILL NEVER MAKE FUN OF SOMEONE ELSE'S BREED....AGAIN. I say that, meaning there was a time, a long time ago, that I made of comment among my family about a lady riding a TWH. I said something like, "Well, we will catch that horse this loop, no problem beating it,". Well, we didn't catch that horse, in fact, we ran the piss out of ours TRYING to catch him. Never did, and he even made time on us. So, I have learned that lesson the hard way. You can't judge someone else's horse.....no way, not unless you know that HORSE, not the breed. I have seen individuals of different breeds, Morgans, QH, TWH, and Mustangs, that were very
tough. Jody and the Jet Girls headed to OD next week !!!! PS. I have a 1/2 Arab, 1/2 TWH that can run ALL my Arabs in the ground in the heat. __________________________________________________
