[RC] does low resting heart rate = lower aerobic/anaerobic threshold? - Ridecamp Guest

Thank you to everyone who responded to my rookie question. You all have
confirmed my gut feeling - that I should be concentrating on building up his
legs and not worry about his aerobic conditioning at this point. For those who
asked, he is not an ex-racer. He was adopted off the track as a yearling, and
I'm his third owner since. Previous owners did not do much with him. Thanks
again.

Shanna
