[RC] dummy question re: electrocution from tank heater - Michelle Fink

Ok, here is a dummy question about electricity. I do have GFCI in my house
in the breaker box and I think it's also in the outlet at my house (an
outdoor outlet on my porch). Then an electric cord runs to my little
shedrow (really close to my house), into a power strip, then a cord runs
from power strip to the water tank - the powerstrip is only for an electric
fence charger and the tank heater. Does this give me GFCI at my water tank
or do I need something else??

Husband is supposed to install a fusebox and power at the barn, but as I
understand it, the cobbler's kids are the last to get new shoes... Or
something like that.

Thanks!
Michelle
