[RC] RE:blanket questions - Jonni Jewell

I have been VERY happy with my "WeatherBeeta 1200 Extreme Turnout Sheets'.
They have kept the horses dry in the worst rain storms during some of the XP
rides. During the 8 week XP ride in 2001, many of the other riders also had
them. They are not a heavy winter blanket, so can be used when it rains and
is not very cold, or I add a liner or second blanket under them if it is
cold and rain. The 1200 denier is darn tough, and they don't rip them up as
much as some others I have used when I do turn them out in pasture with
them. I will add, that they run kind of big. I got size 69's for all my
horses, and they seem to be the best fit for all the Arabians I have put
them on.

Stateline carries them for $89. If you have a Stateline tack near you, they
usually have them in stock. Here is the link, but it is long, and my not
work. Otherwise just search for the WeatherBeeta 1200, and look for the turn
out sheet.
