Thanks, letter already sent, plus alerts to
Bay Area Equestrian Network and So Cal Equestrian Network. I think a flood
of letter to LA Times and our local legislators is needed. Right now,
horse-tripping is only a misdemeanor....if it was a felony maybe more could be
done.......
