I also have reached the period of life when I don't care to ride a green horse, which is why I will probably offer our last youngster for sale....a 5-year old filly that is saddle-broke but green. I just don't want the stress and worry for my safety by trying to trail-train a green 5-year old. Julie keeps me on the right track by emphasizing the safety thing........
