At the Central Region convention, we had a panel of
fitness experts discuss running etc. I'm all hyped to
get in shape so I can run with my horse down the
trail. It'd be SO nice to do a flying mount. Heck,
right now, I do good to get out of bed much less get
BACK on my horse after running.

I tried running with my horse once. My friend behind
me yelled, "Hold your hand up so I can tell if you're
running or rolling!"
