I am neither limber nor bouncy, but I can get on a sub-15 hand horse bareback from the ground. It's not very graceful however, and I have to know the horse won't walk off with me hanging off it's side.... I used to be able to do it with my over 15 hand horses, but considering how difficult it's been with the 14.1 gal lately, I'm not sure I want to try.
