Title: “I maintain there is much more wonder in science than in pseudoscience

Snort, the "land of fruits, etc...."? line is one of my favorites. I learned it from a guy I used to work with - a native of Northern CA and a graduate of USC. He told me it would always get 'em ;-) .

All that rebel talk makes me crack up.? Us Californians don't need to now about the Civil War, it's totally irrevelent to our exisitence!? After all, if our population is from Punjab, Mumbai, Saigon, Ohio, Indiana, Vermont, Seoul, Taiwan or Beijing,?there ain't too much pure California (or even American) blood here anyway, except maybe for those those Spanish Land grant people who people call Mexicans that never lived in Mexico!? Tacos anyone?? I'm in a total minority here for being native born Californian for three generations, but I eat still eat sushi... oh I forgot - most of my white folk friends can order sushi better than I can...
