I can always loan you my Border Collie and Queensland Heeler, because between the two of them, my horses not only don't have tangles, they have very little tails due to the fact that those darn dogs dangle from them most of the day.(haha) Ginger

OK Folks, here is my tip of the day!

I take a small spray bottle and put 1/2 Mane and Tail (the generic stuff from Wally World works fine) and 1/2 water. Shake it up to mix it well. You then put your hand behind the offending knot/tangle and squirt enough to really saturate the area. You can then work it out really easily. I have used it for years, and it works great..Then an added benefit is your horse's mane or tail is silky..!
