Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I expect that is true and I expect that is coming. There may be a day 
where they qualify horses and qualify riders and then the determination 
of who rides which horse is up the the USEF representatives on the 
ground. It might be a better model for wining at the international 
championship level.
