While I do think people should be careful about casuing a scare by
spreading information they have no first hand knowledge of. I also
appreciate when someone tells of any negative experience they have had. 

My horse very nearly died from a strangles vaccine. She got an auto immune
disease called purpra. And yes, I am sure it was the vaccine since I
forwarded all the vet records to Fort Dodge and they agreed that the
reaction was caused by their vaccine. (and I must say they were very
helpful and pleasant to deal with)But, it wasn't until my horse had nearly
died that I found out how many others have had complication from the
strangles vaccine (intranasal)

You can say "facts are facts" but the fact is that unless they can show by
scientific research (ie., the scientific method--double blind studies,
?etc.) that the WNV vaccine was the cause, all you have is a bunch of
anecdotal--I hesitate to even call it--evidence.? Just because two things
happen in the same time period does not mean one is the cause of the
other.?
