Oh wait...wait. I have it! The Pony Express Division! Where you cover lots of miles with different horses! And it even SOUNDS like an Endurance kind of thing :)


Actually ... that one might be doable, though not for ponying. Instead, you spot your horses at each vet check (crew / horse handler required). Horse coming *into* the vet check must pass the check before being allowed to depart (immediately, no waiting) on the fresh horse. The crew is responsible for getting the horses to and from the vet checks, and for proper care / cool down of the horse after the rider departs.


Now ... I'm going to duck as all the objections come in regarding the potential for racing and overriding of the horse....
