The problem with unequal distributions is that some divisions are 
much larger than others.

For all AERC members - FW and MW are about equal.  LW has about 
70% more members than HW which is the smallest.  LW is about 25% 
larger than FW/MW.

But given that 70% plus of our members are female - more LWs than 
HWs is not unexpected.

Competing in some regions for the LW division awards is difficult. 
 The W region LW division is larger than the total number of 
members in the SW region for example.
