wow - wouldn't this result in a constantly changing division system? I for
one would not want to be in charge of THIS. Can anyone explain to me the overall
benefit of having the same number of riders in each group? In all of the
organizations I have been a part of in my life, this was never a criteria or
goal of having divisions. I really am curious as to why this would be desirable.
