but...just a question - how does one - and WHo determines if - a rider is just trying to cause trouble? Sad to say that in Lo Cal as in perhaps a few other locales, anyone can sue anyone for anything anytime - with absolutely NO grounds. Indeed, in this cheery state, one can spill coffee on ones self, simply because one is an IDIOT who doesn't TINK to place it in a safe spot in one's car - then sue and win millions. Since their seem to be more lame brains in every walk of life, I assume endurance will be no different, and so how do we keep the vets from ending up at he mercy of such a cretin? if I were a vet, I would be very reluctant to work at a ride where there had been this sort of trouble even if I had not been the target of the moment - if I knew there was no real filter for who would be riding.
