In response to:"Regions could save managers a *lot* of money by 
making a list of riders who absolutely know how to use the 
internet and don't need their flyers mailed to them."

Ride managers can have their entry/flyers online at the AERC 
calendar by just emailing them in a word processor or pdf format 
to mmaul@xxxxxxxxxx  If the ride has a website, it can be linked 
from the AERC online calendar as well.

Riders can download the entry and a ride manager doesn't need to 
worry about their email addresses.

Ride managers can also get a list of the member email addresses in 
their region and adjacent regions by requesting it from the either 
mmaul@xxxxxxxxx or the office.
