It's not bad; it's just a fact of life. One makes of it what one can. I tend to ignore my wear and tear as much as possible...never think about it much until after some strenuous activity...then I really feel it, but it's a good feeling. As for aging, it's one thing that no one escapes...not the rich nor the famous nor the powerful. It overtakes us all.
I make a point of not feeling any older than I think, and that is about 35 or so. :-)) But a person has to handle each situation as it comes up and not be foolish about doing things far beyond one's capabilities. What those capabilities are is for each person to determine.
