Could be Truman but he moves both legs on one side and the same time.  I actually have pics of him.  He rocks from side to side.  Knowing this horse he probably does both.  He changes gaits about every 30 seconds or so and it can be annoying if you don't know how to ride him....lol

I suspect he is doing a "stepping pace" which is a broken lateral gait
and not a true pace. The stepping pace is not too bad to ride, but I
find the flat out standardbred racing pace to jar my teeth loose. Give
me a trot any day.
