Some have used hemorrhoidal cream in the past. I never did but had heard some have. Personally found that wearing the spandex tights took care things. One also has to 'condition' the area where it 'tread meets the road' so to speak. I have NO idea how people can ride in blue jeans but they do. Sort of gives a meaning to the term: hard ass.

have found "grooming" and Under armor underwear for ladies to do the
trick along with the occasional use of Desitin ointment for diaper
rash

Something even better that Desitin, which I bet is messy. Try Monistat
Anti Chafing Gel.
