RE: [RC] [RC] need some assistance-OT - Ranelle RubinCindy,I would call Dynamite directly at 800-697-7434. Was the charge on the CC Dynamite or the distributor? If it was Dynamite, they will track the package or assist you in doing so. If it was the distributor, you will need to contact them as Dynamite shipped the product to them. Whenever I sell a product to someone outside of my area, I call the CC into Dynamite and have it shipped directly to the customer. It typically takes 7 days if not less.
