Re: [RC] RC:pacemakers - Sisu West Ranch

"...It is all right if one can guarantee 100 % one does not fall ..."

How does one, pacemaker or not, guarantee 100% that you will not fall?

As a start you would have to:
1. Never take a bath or shower.
2. Never walk in a slippery area. (move to Florida?)

and while not technically a fall:
3. Stay away from and out of automobiles.
I quickly found this http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/a/automobile_accidents_injury/stats.htm
Incidence (annual) of Automobile accidents injury: 4,563,000 cases requiring emergency department visits in 2000 (CDC)

Incidence Rate: approx 1 in 59 or 1.68% or 4.6 million people in USA [about data

Again my point is simply:

Everything has risks, you just have to make an informed choice.
