In response to:"do you know if the protest might be summarized"

The best way to find the protest is for one of the members who 
saved every issue to find the issue and post the protest to the list.

The office may have it - they may not.  There was serious water 
damage in boxes of old records and it may have been lost unless it 
can be found in an old EN issue.

To make sure something like the document loss doesn't happen again 
- Bob Morris is working with the AERC office on a disaster 
recovery plan which includes scanning older documents to place 
them on DVD storage.

This is only a part of the total plan where all future documents 
that are deemed necessary will be in electronic format and storage.
