And here I've been beating myself up over my extra 4 bowling balls when all along they were really natural sources of estrogen. Wait a minute! Does that mean that if you have had breast cancer that you need to get rid of all extra adipose tissue PDQ? Do you have to choose between a re-occurance of the cancer or osteoporosis? Does the extra time in the sun getting vitamin D and skin cancers play a part in this?
