The advice about chiropractic might be right for you or as Karen suggested, you might just have stressed muscles more than you are used to doing. Another possibility is that your riding is not balanced, not enough to have bothered you before, but enough so that it is making a difference with more posting. Also, I have noticed that for me, I can be just fine and then while riding, notice a slight pain in my lower back that grows as I ride along. It's tension. I have been holding myself too tightly and my back is complaining. I then have to really focus on relaxing as I post, going with the flow so to speak. Slowly the pain will discharge itself.

Just some more ideas. Hope the "cure" is in our collective advice :)
