[RC] GPS Time and Distance Watch - Kristi Schaaf

I'm with Roxanne - if you just want 'plain jane' time,
mileage plus speed/ave speed/max speed, the Timex GPS
Time/Distance is great - I really love how simple mine
is to use. I have the Ironman model (I think maybe the
only difference from the base model is that it has a
LED backlight and a few other bells and whistles that
I don't use). It will lose the signal in heavy
foliage, but most GPS units will, so I don't hold that
against it. I have both the watch and receiver
strapped on my saddle, which I like better than
strapping them to me. Batteries are eaten up fairly
quickly - for me they last maybe 8 hours. I keep
saying I'm going to invest in rechargeable batteries.
This is my unit: http://www.rypsports.com/53991.html

Life's a journey, so enjoy the ride (and try not to fall off)
