Re: [RC] Pain and stiffness after a 50/it can be prevented somewhat! - Shannon Chastain

My first thought was a lot of horse too, but I just did my first multi-day LD
and I
actually rode on a very loose rein both days and I am still sore across the
shoulders.
In working with a riding instructor I have been really trying to concentrate on
not
leaning forward maybe I need to work on that more??

Sore across the shoulders? might be cause you have a lot of horse to hold
onto; or you have your top drawer open - keep your head on top of, not ahead
of (or out in front of) your shoulders......

like Angie says, body needs to stack up inline
