Sore across the shoulders?  might be cause you have a lot of horse to hold onto;  or you have your top drawer open - keep your head on top of, not ahead of (or out in front of) your shoulders......
 
like Angie says, body needs to stack up inline

I am get very sore across my shoulder in the back do you know what maybe causing that?
