Good morning Marijane,

 I might also suggest that you speak with the AVIC for your state. They are usually located in the USDA Veterinary Services Office which is usually in the city of your state Capitol.

 There will be a number of seemingly informed conspiracy theorists out there. Information from all sides will probably yield a balance of what is to be.
