Oh, this is just too hilarious!!! Hopefully, I
didn't give anybody a heart attack thinking they missed the Tevis!
Do you guys see the date on this thing? I just dug
out my old Windows 98 laptop to load for a spare for the Tevis webcast this
weekend, opened my email program and it sent this old email to RideCamp
concerning the 2004 Tevis webcast. That's the last time I used this machine for
email.

under "The Ride" button. It will be up and running in a couple of
days.
Karen Chaton is still indeed, the Head Volunteer
for the photo section of the webcast. Her staff includes Tinker Hart, Steve
Hallmark and Sue Benson. There will also be some photos from the trail from
Friday, taken by Marc Van Zuuk while he's out working.
Right now, there are photos up taken by Lucy
Chaplin Trumbull of some pre-rides she did. They are from Robinson Flat to
Foresthill and Foresthill to Auburn.
Again, my apologies for the very late email. It's
kinda funny that it was from the same date as today.
We have been unable to connect through the album

The first batch of mine have captions since we
stayed up late last night doing that. The ones I'm uploading right now from
Robinson's Flat have no captions. I'll have to finish that later. The nice
gentleman at Radio Shack in Forest Hill is letting me use his dialup until he
closes at 3:00.
