Hi Rae,

Was very interested in your method of estimating horse height.  Any idea at 
what age this method is most accurate?  I have a yearling and two year old 
that I am trying to evaluate.  I am worried that the yearling will only 
finish @ around 14.1, parents were 14.2 but she seems so small i.e short 
legsl.

As I am new to the whole adventure of competitive trail/endurance riding I 
would like to know how well horses fair that are along the smallish side.

Also  if anyone has any tips on books  etc to read or clinics to attend I 
would appreciate any suggestions.  For the time being I have been trying to 
establish my farm.
