Hi Debbie,

Everyone should read over the rules at least once before competing so that they will have an idea of what to expect. Here is a link to the 2005 Rules:

In the future you can go to http://www.aerc.org/ and move your cursor over "Membership" then "Regulations" then "Current Rules" to get the newest version of the AERC Rulebook. The answer to your question about minimum ages is in the Rules.
