[RC] heart rate CTR - larry Miller

In Ohio and in Michigan and in other UMECRA states, one comes into the competitive vet check, calms the horse for 10 min and then the heart rate and respiration are taken.  The lower they are, the less points one loses.  That is just the way it is done.  One just plays the game whether riding endurance or competitive.  Miles are miles, that is how I see it.  Jeanie
